Most of you don't get in the proper nutrients that our bodies need. Too many of you consume foods that are processed.....the quick and easy foods! But when you think of it, quick and easy foods can be healthy.....fruits and veggies are quick and easy! Hmmmm, no excuse there!
Processed foods are extremely bad for our bodies, and it's funny how people will wonder why sickness and disease occur.
Eat foods that are natural....foods that God or the earth gives us!
Try adding in blueberries once a day or even a few times per week to start! The health benefits of blueberries and it's "krew" alone will change your life and health! The blueberry, also known as "brain-berry" or "youth-berry", has more powerful disease-fighting antioxidants than any other fruit or veggie.
Some of blueberries krew include purple grapes, cranberries, cherries, blackberries, boysenberries, raspberries, strawberries and currants. You can buy these fresh, frozen or even dried. Be aware that some dried fruit is heavily sprayed with chemicals to prevent pests and mold. Blueberries and cranberries are not heavily treated but strawberries and grapes (raisins) are, so buy organic dried fruit when you can.
